RENTAL PRICING AND PACKAGES
Base Rental Fee — $250
This is our minimum fee to rent our space for your party. See below for details on what is included in this fee.

Party Host - One Caroline's Cookies party host

Venue Rental - Two-hour private party space rental

All below items listed are optional add-ons for your party.

Custom 9" Cookie Cake ($40) - Personalized 9-inch cookie cake

Plates, Napkins & Utensils ($15) - Disposable party supplies

Additional Party Host ($75) - Recommended for parties with multiple young children if adults would prefer not to help facilitate activities

Party Favor Cookie Gift Box ($6 per box) - Includes 1 cookie, 1 free cookie card, and 1 sticker in a gift-wrapped box

Choose up to 4 activities per party.

Mini Cookie Rolling & Baking

$12 per participant, ages 8+

Guests will weigh, roll, and prepare 10 mini cookies. The cookies will be baked during the party, and each guest will take their cookies home to enjoy.

Mini Cookie Cake Decorating

$12 per participant, ages 5+

Each guest will decorate their own personal-sized Caroline's Cookies cookie cake using a variety of frosting colors and sprinkles.

Bocage Party Rental Policies:

Booking:
-
A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $50 are required to reserve your date.

Cancellation:
-
A full refund (minus a $50 deposit) for cancellations made at least 14 days before the event.
-
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

Setup and Cleanup:
-
The first and last 30 minutes of your rental are designated for set-up and pick-up for your party.

All decorations and belongings must be removed within this time.

Food and Beverage:

Outside food and beverages are permitted.
-
Alcohol is prohibited.

Can I tour the space before booking?
No, we only offer event rentals at our Bocage Location.
Can we choose which location to have our party?
Absolutely! All decorations must use non-damaging materials (no tape, nails, or staples on walls or furniture).
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, absolutely!
Can we use your sound system to play music or use your speakers?
Yes! All activities/crafts just need to be pre-approved!
Can we bring our own craft or activity?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate these types of requests as all of our recipes and processes are protected.
